Reframing Your Story Coaching Sessions
The reason I became a sexuality health educator was to help people not hurt anymore. Upon learning more about sexuality I realized how so many of us were not given the proper education and care we deserved to have the kind of experiences we wanted. Many of us have been living our lives around sexual health and intimacy on a trial and run basis and not in the way that feels true to us, primarily because we were given narratives that weren't ours to have.
In our time together for six sessions I hope to walk alongside you as you edit and reframe your story related to sexuality. The goal is to help you make connections, reflect, create action steps, and point you to the resources that can further your journey. This coaching experience is for parents looking to reframe their story so they can provide more for their own children, educators who want to deliver health education in a way that provides nourishment and care, and for those who have experienced religious shame.

Puberty Class for Mothers and Daughters
This class provides education around the brain and hormones, the changing body, and the emotional and social changes that can occur in puberty. This class utilizes storytelling, arts and crafts, your child gets some take away gifts.
